Thịnh Nguyên Phát Wooden Co., Ltd. — known as TNP — was founded in Biên Hòa, Vietnam in 1997 by a Japanese family whose commitment to timber craftsmanship runs generations deep. For more than 25 years, we have manufactured solid wood flooring, solid wood doors — interior, exterior entrance, folding, and sliding — and stairs entirely within our own factory. We don't outsource. We don't cut corners. Our facility speaks for itself: 9,950 m² of land, 5,700 m² of production space, an in-house sawmill processing logs sourced directly from Japan and Europe, and six dedicated kiln-drying rooms that bring every board to a precise 8–10% moisture content — the threshold for long-term dimensional stability. The materials we work with are the ones serious builders trust. Our signature timbers are Hinoki (Japanese cypress, 檜) and Keyaki (Japanese zelkova, 欅) — both established brand names in Japan's premium timber market — complemented by Oak, Acacia, Ash, Black Walnut, Pine, Cedar, and Sugi (Japanese cedar, 杉). For the North American market, we import American red alder and manufacture knotty alder doors exported to the USA. Our laminated freeboard has shipped continuously to Japan and Korea for over 20 years. We work directly with renovators, contractors, builders, and architects — from single-room flooring projects to large-scale commercial fits. OEM and bespoke orders are welcome.
