TNP uses a Rectangular Block to join door rails and stiles. Two dowels are inserted from the top, passing through the inner block of both rail and stile. This DOUBLE LOCK construction prevents the splitting that often occurs when wood is exposed to changes in humidity and temperature. The center panel edges are also designed with rubber-filled gaps, allowing the wood to naturally expand and contract with moisture changes — so the door performs reliably for decades.

Our signature materials are Hinoki (Japanese cypress, 檜 / ヒノキ) and Keyaki (Japanese elm/zelkova, 欅 / ケヤキ) — both trusted names in Japan. We also work with Japanese Cedar (Sugi), Oak, Acacia, Ash, Black Walnut, Pine, Cedar, and Cypress for flooring and stairs. For our USA door export line, we import American red alder and produce knotty alder doors. We source logs from Japan, Europe, and the USA.

Flooring orders typically take 3–5 weeks from confirmation to delivery. Door orders take 4–8 weeks depending on quantity and species. Full-space projects combining flooring, doors, and stairs take 8–12 weeks. We confirm your timeline before any work begins.

Yes. TNP has exported to Japan and Korea for over 20 years, primarily laminated freeboard and Hinoki flooring. We export knotty alder doors to the USA. We also serve other international markets. Export orders include containerization, freight coordination, and all necessary documentation.

We offer three finishes: brushed line, oil, and UV. These are available across our full range of species — Hinoki, Keyaki, Oak, Acacia, Ash, and Black Walnut. Flooring comes in both clear AB-grade and rustic treatments. Our Rustic Oak and Hinoki flooring ranges have become established brand names in Japan.

For domestic clients in Vietnam — yes. Our crew handles flooring installation (subfloor prep, laying, finishing), door fitting and hardware, and stair assembly on-site. For international clients, we provide detailed installation guides and remote technical support.
